How Does PSA Nitrogen Generator Work?

The whole nitrogen generating process includes 4 core stages: air pretreatment, oxygen-nitrogen separation, nitrogen buffering and real-time purity monitoring.

1. Compressed air passes through pre-filter, refrigerated dryer and precision filters to remove water, oil and dust;
2. Clean air enters two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieve; oxygen molecules are selectively adsorbed while nitrogen flows through;
3. Automatic valve switching realizes continuous nitrogen output without production interruption;
